Billing Arrangements
We are a private billing practice. Information about our fees and services are available at the Reception.
A small fee is charged for procedures, dressings and vaccinations.
We do bulk bill Pensioners and Health Card Holders who bring a current entitlement card, and children below 16 years of age. This is during week day normal hours (9.30am to 3.45pm) appointments except Dr Sanjeev. Dr Sanjeev’s bulk billing period 10:00 am – 2:00 pm during week day normal hours for eleigible patients. Please check with reception for more information.
Special Practice Notes
Patients are required to call for an appointment directly to the practice regarding:
Bone Density Screening, Iron Infusion, Immunisations/Vaccinations, Insurance Assessment, Driving Assessment, Ear Syringing, Health Assessment, Care Plan and any Procedural Consultations.
As you will need an appointment to see both the Doctor and the Nurse.

Referrals
Doctors in this practice may if required refer you to a specialist for further investigations. You can discuss this with your doctor including potential out of pocket expenses.
Test Results
Results are reviewed by your doctor and acted on in a timely manner. We will contact you if necessary.
Communication
A doctor is available during our normal opening hours for emergency advice. Our staff are experienced in deciding the appropriate response to any phone request.
Appointment times
We endeavour to see patients on time every time, except if we are faced with an emergency situation. Our reception will inform patients if we are running late.

Consultation is by appointment. You can book via Health Engine by clicking the BOOK ONLINE button above or call us on 9452 9999. If you call us after we are closed please leave us a message and we will call you back.

Urgent cases are seen immediately. Give us a call if you are on the way to our clinic so we can be prepared for you.
Booking a long appointment is important for complex health matters or insurance medical, health assessments, counselling, a second opinion etc. If you require a long appointment, please call us and ensure you bring along all relevant information.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment and wish to cancel or running late, kindly give us a call.
If more than one person needs to see a doctor, kindly inform reception when making the appointment.
New patients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the patient registration. We will also require a valid Drivers License, Passport and Medicare Card.
We require a minimum of 2 hours for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment to avoid the fees.
